Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of dark rum (we recommend Murray & Yeatman’s Double Dark Rum)
- 1 litre carton of pineapple juice
- 250ml orange juice
- 250ml grapefruit juice
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 500ml sparkling water or soda water.
Method:
- Combine all of the ingredients (apart from the sparkling water/soda water) in a large jug or punch bowl, and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add plenty of ice to the punch, and then top up with sparkling water or soda water just before serving.
