Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of dark rum (we recommend Murray & Yeatman’s Double Dark Rum)
  • 1 litre carton of pineapple juice
  • 250ml orange juice
  • 250ml grapefruit juice
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 500ml sparkling water or soda water.

Method:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients (apart from the sparkling water/soda water) in a large jug or punch bowl, and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add plenty of ice to the punch, and then top up with sparkling water or soda water just before serving.
