Gin ice lollies

Fancy a gin-based treat that you can enjoy as a dessert, or on a hot Summer’s afternoon? How about gin ice lollies?


  1. 100ml Murray & Yeatman Gin
  2. 100ml Indian Tonic Water
  3. 50ml fresh lime juice
  4. 3 tbsp honey (or to taste)
  5. 1 lime, thinly sliced
  6. Ice lolly moulds and sticks


1) Mix together the gin, tonic water, lime juice and honey in a jug.

2) Divide the mixture between the ice lolly moulds and add a slice of lime to each one.

3) Freeze for several hours, or overnight, until solid.

4) To release the ice lollies from the moulds, dip them in warm water for a few seconds. Serve immediately and enjoy!
