That's what Master of Malt said about our Navy Strength gin.
We pride ourselves on doing things the 'old' ways, using methods dating back to 1651 and a bit of modern technology we have created some of the most amazing gin experiences. It is in everything that we do. Take our oranges for instance in our Classic gin, it is common to use dried orange peel however we only want the flesh and the skin, no pith. To this, we first remove the wax, then peel to retrieve the flesh, after this comes the hard part of removing all the pith and zesting the skin. It does take time but our attention to detail is exactly what makes our gins all the more enjoyable for you.
