All of our Rums are made entirely in Sussex, UK using traditional methods. To make sure that we always produce the most authentic rum, we have spent years cultivating our Dunder pit. If you are not aware, a Dunder pit is where the magic happens for our rum, as this is where some of the amazing flavours originate from.
We love our Dunder pit so much that we named her! Her name is DARRA, which stands for Dunder Always Requires Regular Attention. The methods that we use, dating back to 1651, provide a full flavoured but amazingly smooth taste.
Our Dark Rum which we call Double Dark Rum – Exactly what it says it is! By back adding our organic Blackstrap molasses twice through the process this rum becomes even richer, and full of the wonderful flavours that all rum drinkers love to enjoy. 40%ABV / 80 Proof.
