This recipe is a Singapore sling, a classic gin cocktail that’s been a firm favourite with gin lovers since it was first created in 1915 in the luxurious Raffles Hotel, Singapore by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon. Initially considered a ladies’ drink, because of its pink colour, it’s a beverage that can be enjoyed by everyone!
