All of our Rums and Gins are made entirely in Sussex, UK using the traditional methods and made from only the best ingredients, to ensure that we produce some of the most flavoursome Rums and Gins in the world.

We’ve spent years cultivating our Dunder pit. If you are not aware of what a Dunder pit is, it is where the magic happens! This is where some of the amazing flavours in our Rums originate from. We love our Dunder pit so much we named her, her name is DARRA, which stands for Dunder Always Requires Regular Attention.  The methods that we use, dating back to 1651, provide a full flavoured but amazingly smooth taste.

For our gins we pick the best botanicals and with our classic London dry gin, it maybe the smoothest gin in the world. This is achieved by methods that date back to 1651 with the core spirit created from unrefined sugar. Being entirely vapour infused, 6 times distilled using our specific methods, you will experience the outstanding quality of gin from yesteryear.

For our Navy Strength Gin, our Botanicals include Juniper, Angelica Root, Cardamon, Orris Root, Cubeb Peppers, Coriander, Almonds, Cassia Bark, Star Anise, Grains of Paradise, liquorice, Lemon, Saffron, Vanilla, Pink Peppercorns, Pink Grapefruit.

Our Dark Rum which we call Double Dark – Exactly what it says it is! By back adding our organic Blackstrap molasses twice through the process this rum becomes even richer, and full of the wonderful flavours that all rum drinkers love to enjoy. 40%ABV / 80 Proof.

Coffee Rum Spirit Drink – Inspired by the Punch Livorne, we wanted to create a rum with an extra ‘kick’ for those long hard days. Made with real coffee to give you the full flavour of a ‘cup of joe’ along with our wonderfully flavoursome English-made rum. 40% ABV / 80 Proof.
