All of our Rums are made entirely in Sussex, UK using traditional methods. To ensure that we produce some of the most authentic rums possible we have spent years cultivating our Dunder pit. If you are not aware, a Dunder pit is where the magic happens for our rum, as this is where some of the amazing flavours originate from.
We love our Dunder pit so much that we named her! Her name is DARRA, which stands for Dunder Always Requires Regular Attention. The methods that we use, dating back to 1651, provide a full flavoured but amazingly smooth taste.
Our Dark Rum which we call Double Dark Rum – Exactly what it says it is! By back adding our organic Blackstrap molasses twice through the process this rum becomes even richer, and full of the wonderful flavours that all rum drinkers love to enjoy. 40%ABV / 80 Proof.
Our Coffee Rum Spirit Drink is made with natural coffee to give you an extra flavourful kick! It’s all about the methods we use in it’s manufacture, which date back as far as 1651. This blend was inspired by the Punch Livorne, which was created by an Innkeeper close to the shipping ports where he added Coffee to Rum.
